- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items (unworn, unused, and in original condition).
- Customized or engraved jewelry is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items are inspected.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

7. Custom Orders
- Customers may request bespoke jewelry designs. A deposit may be required before production.
