1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom, made-to-order, or high-value jewelry may require 7–20 business days for processing.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including a tracking number.
1.2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
- We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.
- International delivery times vary by region:
- Asia: 4–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–15 business days
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Oceania: 10–18 business days
- Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance times, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.
1.3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly displayed and may have minimum purchase requirements.
1.4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.
- We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
- Jiajing Picks is not responsible for delays or returns due to unpaid customs charges.
1.5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please provide accurate shipping addresses and phone numbers.
- We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to address issues, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
1.6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the tracking status indicating delivery, or 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will assist with carrier claims and provide repair, replacement, or refund depending on the investigation outcome.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1. Return Window
- Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping, customs fees, or taxes).
- EU/UK customers: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to our 30-day policy.
2.2. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging, certificates, and accessories included.
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (engraving, resizing, bespoke designs)
- Pierced earrings for hygiene reasons
- Sale or final clearance items
2.3. Return Process
- Contact contact@jiajingpicks.com to request a return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package the items securely, including all original certificates and accessories.
- Ship the items using a trackable method; we recommend insured shipping for high-value items.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
2.4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may be reduced for missing accessories, certificates, or damage caused during return shipping.
2.5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund once the returned items are inspected.
2.6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
- Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide photos and a detailed description for faster processing.
- We will provide repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation.
3. International Customers Notes
- Customers are responsible for understanding local import regulations, restrictions, and taxes.
- Jiajing Picks complies with all applicable export laws from China and shipping carriers’ policies.
- Some high-value or restricted gemstones may require additional documentation for customs clearance.
